At Adore Dance Shoes, we want you to perform with confidence and comfort. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, pristine condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the shoes in their original box and protective dust bags, ensuring all tags remain attached and the soles show no signs of floor wear.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
